#CA2025 Thekua is a traditional, deep-fried, sweet snack from Bihar, made with whole wheat flour, ghee, and jaggery, often offered as prasad during the Chhath Puja festival.
Steps

Take water in a pan, add chopped jaggery to it and keep the flame on till the jaggery dissolves. Then stir it and let it cool.

Take a plate, add wheat flour, fennel seeds, dry coconut, ghee and cardamom powder. Then add the Jaggery water which we made earlier. knead the dough and keep it covered for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, make small balls of the dough, shape them as per your liking, make design with the help of knife or toothpick and deep fry them in oil till golden brown. Thekua is ready to serve.
