Fry onions in olive oil, add garlic crushed chilli and mustard seeds to mixture and keep frying. Add the mince and the beans and keep frying until mince is nicely browned. remove from heat. In another pot add butter and milk and bring to a boil. In a separate jug mix the flour with some cold milk until a smooth paste is formed. Add to the hot mixture on the stove and keep stirring to avoid any lumps from forming.

Add salt and pepper to taste and remove from heat once a smooth sauce has been formed.

Wash the brinjal and cut into slices lengthwise. Take a deep oven dish and after wiping the sides and the inside with butter or oil add a layer of the brinjals, meat and the white sauce.

After using all the ingredients grate some cheese and add to the top. Bake in the oven @ 160deg for 20 minutes.
