May this Navratri Maa Durga brings peach, prosperity, joy and happiness for everyone.
Yearly ritual of offering Prasad to Goddess in the form of Kaala Chana, Poori or Sooji Halwa reminds us of our childhood days when we were 'KANJAKS' and treated like Goddess!☺️
How time just flies and now we are making such recipes we didn't ever imagined.
This Navratri made this easy go yet delicious sooji halwa by adding milk with cardamom flavour. Many variations to make Halwa either with water in place of milk. Either to put safron for color or you may dry roast nuts initially. I preferred this one, little different than usual which too came out delicious!
