Prepare your baking tray with parchment and preheat your oven to 170c Melt your chocolate and butter in the microwave until fully melted. Set aside

Add eggs to a clean bowl and with an electric whisk mix until foamy.

Add sugar, chocolate butter mix and mix until combined.

Add your flour and salt and gently fold until combined.

Transfer batter to your prepared baking tray, smooth out. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. (Don't over bake, as it will go cakey)

Allow to cool for an hour

Make your ganache. Melt your cream and chocolate on low heat until fully melted.

Pour on top of your brownies and decorate with smartie mini eggs. Set in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight before slicing.
