Summer is the season of pickles, we are making different types of pickle, but gumberry mango pickle is the traditional pickle.
Steps

Wash and make dry glueberry and mango. Remove the stem and break gumberry with the help of heavy weight, use salt to remove the seeds and sticky texture.Peel raw mango.

In another vessel add rai dal(mustard kernels), split Fenugreek seeds, fennel, asafoetida, turmeric powder. Heat oil, add mustard seeds and dry red chilli, pour hot oil. Mix it well.

After that add Salt and red chilli powder. Mix it well. Grate mango and mix with pickle masala.

Now fill masala with grated mango in a glueberry. Transfer the pickle in a big size vessel. After that add 2 cup oil. (First do hot then cool)

Now glueberry khatta pickle is ready to serve. You can enjoy with ' thepla.
