It is a very tasty and healthy Continental dish. Mango is a seasonal fruit, rich in vitamins. Avocado has healthy fats and creamy texture. This combination is a yummy snack starter.
Steps

Wash, peel and cut mango into small sized cubes
- 2
Wash, peel, deseed Avocado, and cut into small sized cubes.

Wash and cut cherry tomatoes into halves. Wash and cut both the bell peppers into cubes.

Make dressing using lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper chilli flakes and oil. Mix well to prepare dressing.

Mix cut veggies and fruits, add dressing and mix well.

Plate the salad in a serving bowl. Add nuts, cilantro and a few leaves of mint.

Serve this cold, tangy, spicy and tasty salad.
