Cook together meat and water till meat changes it's colour.

Add in Chilli paste, ginger, garlic and cumin seeds.

Stir till moisture evaporates and masala is dry.

Leave it to cool completely.

Finely chop the onions and coriander leaves.

Mix onion, coriander and all the spices in meat.

Put meat mixture in wraps.

Fold to make samosa.

Seal edges with flour paste.

Heat oil in a wok.

Deep fry till light golden.

Serve straight away.
