  • 1Sirloin steak about a lb cut 1/2×3/4 pieces
  • 2limes juiced an zested
  • 1 halfRed Bell pepper sliced and deseeded
  • 1Anaheim pepper roasted and deskined an deseeded
  • 1/2 cupbeer
  • 1 packageCholula taco seasoning
  • 1small onion sliced
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 5cherry tomatoes sliced

    Cook onions and peppers in skillet with 2 tpsn of olive oil

    In a mixing bowl combine steak lime juice and zest and garlic and 1 package of taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of beer....allow to marinate for 1 hour.

    Ok everybody in the pool. Cook at med heat it will thicken.
