Arrange all ingredients and dalia moong dal Wash and soak for 10minutes

Take a pan add oil and ghee heat add cumin seeds pepper corn stir fry and add onion stir fry lightly golden brown add green chili and all vegetables stir fry to cook well then to tender

Now add soaked dalia and salt and some water cook well

Cook well then to tender all veggies and dalia mix well consistency

Now transfer into serving bowl and garnish dasee ghee and sprinkle cumin powder and mint leaves powder

Ready to serve with curd raita and achar
