Oats besan chilla are quick savory pancakes , healthy weightloss recipes made with oats, gram flour ,spices, veggies .

These are fluffy, crispy veggies stuffed pancakes is realised by kids & adults alike.
Steps

Take coarsely ground oats & besan in a bowl & mix them.

Add salt, turmeric powder, green chilli, ajwain & mix well.

Start adding little water & keep mixing to make a smooth,lump free batter.

The consistency of the batter should be like dosa batter.

Heat a pan with ghee, then add chopped onion, grated ginger, veggies like green peas, sweetcorn, cottage cheese, salt, chopped green chilli & stir well for making the stuffing.

On medium flame heat a skillet.Dizzle little ghee in the pan.

Pour a ladle full of oats batter in the centre, spread it evenly, cook on both sides to make a medium thick round shaped chilla.

On one side of the chilla place the cottage cheese, veggies filling & then fold the chilla to make a golden brown,lightly crispy,healthy oats chilla.

Transfer the delicious,healthy oats chilla on a plate & serve it with coriander chutney or any dip.
