Finger millet, Flattened rice cheela

Measure the finger millet flour,and Flattened rice.keep aside. Chop the onion, tomato, veggies, curry leaves and coriander leaves ready.

Take a bowl, add the Flattened rice, wash with water, soak for five minutes. Drain out the water completely, add into the millet flour, then add chopped vegetables, salt, and red chilli powder. Mix well.

Sprinkle some water, mix nicely like thick dough.

Keep a aluminium foil paper, take a handful of dough, press with your fingers, like a round shape roti. Keep a dosa tawa on medium flame, drop the roti. Sprinkle some oil, let it cook one side,flip it other side. Let it turn crispy. Remove from tawa. Tasty and healthy finger millet, Flattened rice cheela is ready.

Transfer to a serving plate. Serve with chutney,curd or pickle. Enjoy the tasty finger millet, Flattened rice cheela. Serve it hot.
