Ingredients

  1. 6Fillets King Fish
  2. 1 TspTurmeric
  3. 1 TbspRed chilli powder
  4. 1 TbspKashmiri chilli powder
  5. As neededSalt
  6. As neededWater
  7. LeavesFew Curry
  8. To Fry Gingelly oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a wide plate add Turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, Salt. Sprinkle the water little by little and mix it to thick paste.

    Now marinate the fish and keep it in the fridge for minimum 1 Hour.

  3. 3

    Now heat the iron tawa. Heat 3 to 4 tbsp of oil. Once oil hot add curry leaves with fish and fry it one by one. Fry both side until it cooked crispy and nice. In the meantime don't burnt it. Reduce the flame and do it. so You will get nice colour when done.

    Serve hot. Yummy Tummy...
