First, we will make curd from full fat milk at home, tie it in a cotton cloth, drain the water and prepare a Hung curd from it.

Now add the powdered sugar and mix it.Now we will add cardamom and nutmeg powder and mix it.

Now add the mango pulp and soaked saffron and mix it.

Now pour it into a container and let it cool in the fridge for 5-6 hours.

So this is how our mango Shrikhand is prepared. Now we will take it out in a bowl, garnish it with dry fruits and mango pieces and serve it.
