Ingredients

  • 1large onion
  • 2carrots
  • 1zucchini
  • 1potato
  • 1 piecebutternut squash
  • 1little celery
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 1 pinchblack pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric
  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1 cupred lentils (about 200 grams)
  • Water for broth

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all the vegetables in a pot and sauté them well.

    Add the red lentils (after rinsing), then pour in hot water. Cook until the vegetables are tender, then blend the soup until smooth.

    Serve hot and enjoy.
