In a bowl cream your sugar, butter, vanilla and salt

Add your flour. Using your hands, knead into a dough ball. Add your chocolate chips and sprinkles and pop in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Add some flour to a clean surface and roll/ press out your dough and cut your shapes. Transfer your shapes to a prepared baking tray.

Preheat your oven to 350f 180c. Pop your biscuits back into the fridge until your oven has heated. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool and enjoy with a cup of tea ☕ 🍪 🥰
