Quick and easy. If you like spice you could use spicy pepperoni or some crushed red pepper flakes.

#CA2025 Cheese 🧀 lots of cheese. Nothing spicy, kid friendly.
Quick and easy. If you like spice you could use spicy pepperoni or some crushed red pepper flakes.
Steps

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

Cook cheese tortellini according to package directions. Drain and return to pot.

In a large saucepan heat olive oil. Add chopped garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant and golden.

Pour milk into same pan add Italian seasoning. Turn heat to low.Heat milk until it is steamy not boiling.

Add cubed Velveeta and 2 cups shredded cheese. Stir continously until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth and creamy.

Turn off heat add tortellini to cheese sauce.Fold in quartered pepperoni.

Pour mixture into 9 x 13 casserole dish.

Spoon pizza sauce over tortellini mixture. Swirl the pizza sauce through the tortellini with a spoon.

Arrange whole pepperonis on top and cover with remaining cheese.

Bake uncovered for 25 -30 minutes until cheese is melted and browned.

Let casserole rest 10-15 minutes before serving.
