Steps

Heat oil in a pan add chopped tomatoes and chopped onions, garlic cloves and ginger pieces. Saute for 5 minutes.

Cool completely and make fine puree.

In a kadai take oil & butter add puree and spices and mix well. Saute for 5 minutes.

Add paneer cubes as the oil seprates from the puree.

Cook for 2 - 5 minutes and serve hot with paratha or naan.
