Healthy Jowar Jaggery Biscuits for Kids

Take a mixer jar. Add Date,peanuts and sesame seeds and crush it. Don't over blend.

Take a bowl. Add pure ghee. Then add jaggery powder. Whisk until ghee changes it's colour.

Now add jowar Flour and Oats Flour to it. Also add Date,peanuts and sesame seeds mixture and cardamom powder. Mix well together and make a dough. You can adjust flour proportion according to perfect consistency.

Now make biscuits and bake into oven at 160°c for at least 25 minutes. Just check if it is done. If not bake 5 minutes more.
