Chocolate pudding delight 😛

Chocolate (esp dark) is definitely very comforting for me. I love the taste and that it relieves headaches for me, so when the headache comes so does plenty of chocolate 😂 The vanilla part in this is the base for my red velvet cake icing recipe. I do not use cream cheese.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
For the choc pudding:
- 2
Put all the dry ingredients into a small saucepan. Add vanilla to milk. Grab ur whisk and have ur milk ready to pour. Turn the heat to medium high and start pouring in milk and whisking continuously. Add the chips. When thick and sticks to whisk it is finished.
- 3
The instant coffee brings out the chocolate flavor. Put in the refrigerator to cool.
- 4
The vanilla cream: In a small saucepan put into it the sugar n milk mixture and add vanilla. Turn heat to medium high and stir with whisk. When the milk starts to feel warm (helps to blend flour without clumping) slowly add the flour. It should have almost the same consistency as pudding. Turn off heat. Put in refrigerator until cold.
- 5
Before it gets totally cold take out 1/3 of a cup and mix with mixer the butter until it gets fluffy. Add whipping cream and beat for about 2 min. Mix all the vanilla back together in the same bowl. Make sure ur flavors are where u want for the vanilla part of it.
- 6
Get ur fav glasses or dessert cups and make your layers. Be very careful if ur using a spoon to put into the cups or u can use a piping bag for icing. A layer of chocolate then vanilla and I refrigerate to get a little firm.
- 7
Then repeat
- 8
Keep in fridge until ready to eat. Enjoy 😎

Rich and creamy. I came upon this recipe few weeks ago thru the website the joy of baking. I adjusted the quantities according to my taste, so it is important that you taste the sweetness of your pudding as you go. I gradually added my sugar so I can control the sweetness level. ✽Thick Chocolate Pudding✽ ✽Thick Chocolate Pudding✽
I got a request for chocolate pudding, so I remembered this...It's pretty thick by my standards...If you use milk chocolate the taste and texture are completely different. I usually don't beat the egg yolks until thick. This time I whipped them to improve the initial texture.I used low-fat milk.If you like a creamy feel, use 2 g of gelatin. Creamy & Soft Chocolate Pudding Creamy & Soft Chocolate Pudding
I ate this chocolate pudding before. It was so creamy and delicious, I asked my friend to tell me the recipe.I had some feedback that it wouldn't stiffen after cooling, so I altered the recipe to use more gelatin. If you mince the chocolate as finely as possible, it'll mix easier in step 4.In step 3 when heating, it'll start off as a smooth liquid but then start to become thick. Once it has a little thickness please stop the heat.If you miss the timing, the ingredients will separate. If that happens...put all of it through a strainer, remove any lumps and cool. You won't get the same nice texture, but you can eat it. Recipe by Orihime mama cookpad.japan
