Fresh papaya chia pudding 😋

Was just in the mood for something juicy and satisfying… so I decided to whip this up in my blender. Very satisfying!

Steps
- 1
Take all the fruit, peel and remove seeds. I use a potato peeler on the carrot as it blends better than chunks. Juice the lemon in a bowl and remove any seeds.
- 2
Blend all until smooth. Taste and check the flavors to ur preference.
- 3
Get ur glasses or dessert cups and pour into glasses. I have 3 so I put 1 tbsp chia into each glass and mix it around (if u prefer more add more seeds) Refrigerate …I like to leave mine in overnight to let the flavors come through.
