Ingredients

  • For paneer sprouts tikki-
  • 1 cupmung sprouts
  • 100 grampaneer
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 3-4garlic cloves
  • 1green chili
  • 1 inchginger
  • 1 tablespooninstant oats
  • 1 tablespoongram flour (roasted)
  • 1 tablespooncoriander leaves chopped
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoondhaniya jira powder
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 tablespoonsghee / oil for shallow fry
  • For Dahi tikki chaat
  • 3paneer sprouts tikki (for each plate)
  • 2 cupsweet curd (curd + sweetner)
  • 1/2 cupsev
  • 1/2 cuppomegranates seeds
  • 1 tablespoonfried peanuts
  • 1 tablespoonchopped onion
  • 1 tablespoongreen chutney
  • 1 tablespoontamarind dates chutney
  • 1 tablespoonchopped coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all prepare all the ingredients. Add mung sprouts,chopped onion, garlic,green chilies and ginger in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely in pulse mode.

    Add coarsely grinded sprouts mixture in a mixing bowl. Add grated paneer and other ingredients as mention above. Mix it well. If there is more need add some gram flour

    Roll out the round flat thin tikki from the mixture dough. Heat the nonstick tawa and shallow fry the prepared tikki with ghee or oil.Cook tikkis till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.

    Serve the sprouts tikki immediately with green chutney.paneer sprouts tikki is ready.and now to make Dahi tikki chaat.

    Now add 3 tikki in a serving plate. Pour Dahi (curd) on it.add both chutney, onion,peanut, pomegranate and sev on it.Sprinkle some chaat masala and coriander leaves.
