Wash the Sprouts and cook in the Pressure Cooker by giving 3-4 whistles and dry them

Now take a mixing bowl take the sprouts, Grate the green chillies next cooked Rice

Next step add all the ingredients one by one,Grate paneer

Now mix everything nicely with your hands and make a smooth dough,Take a small portion of dough and make a flat round shaped tikki

Take a Non-stick frying pan heat them grease about 2 tsp oil and place the tikkis around,roast them by flipping both sides until they are golden brown.

As we have added all the ingredients which are cooked so will be roasted quickly,Tikkis are ready to serve with Pickles,Dips😋
