Collect the fresh baby corn ready for making Manchurian.

In a wide bowl add maida,corn flour,red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste,soya sauce, salt and water,mix well. Add the baby corns. Mix well, till the batter covers the baby corn completely.

Keep a kadai on medium heat and add oil,let it hot enough,drop the coated baby corn,fry till crispy. Remove from oil, cut into small pieces.

Keep another kadai,add two tablespoons of oil, add chopped onion, garlic, ginger garlic paste, and coriander leaves saute for a few minutes. Then add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder,salt and mix well.

Then add soya sauce, tomato sauce and red chilli sauce,give a nice mix,add the fried baby corn pieces, and saute for five minutes. Sprinkle chopped spring onions. Baby corn Manchurian is ready.

Transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy the tasty and crispy baby corn Manchurian.
