  • 2Eggs
  • 3/4 cupSugar
  • 1 tspVanilla extract
  • 11/2 cupsFlour
  • 2 tspBaking powder
  • 1 cupCream

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 175 C.

    Grease the square baking pan well.

    Beat eggs in a bowl until very thick.

    Add sugar and vanilla,beat well.

    Combine flour and baking powder.

    In 3 parts add flour alternately with cream to the egg mixture.

    Beginning and ending with the flour.

    Pour the batter into prepared pan

    Bake for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through.

    Cut into slices and serve.
