Take a parat add wheat flour maida salt oil & water.kneed a semi soft dough.

Grind besan bhujiya & all spices.make small ball of dough.roll it. k put stuffing with spoon on rolled poori. cover it.

Again roll it like pic.Heat oil in kadhai. Deep fry all kachori in medium flame till brown & crispy.

Remove out from oil.Ready masala kachori.

Heat a pressure cooker.add oil turmaric powder red chili powder.add potato peices & green pease.add salt kasuri maithi green chili.add water.mix all.take 2 whistle. Open it.add garam masala.

Potato green pease veg is ready.

Heat oil in pressure cooker.add maithi dana turmaric powder red chili powder.green chili.add pumpkin peices.add salt.mix all.close cooker.take 2 whistle.open it.

Add sugar lemon juice.mix all.pumkin veg is ready.

Take plate & bowl.put masala kachori. both veg in bowl.v testy healthy breakfast.
