Set Dosa is a popular South Indian dish, also known as Sponge Dosa, made from a batter of rice, urad dal (split black gram), and poha (flattened rice). It's a delicious and nutritious meal. Set Dosa is usually served in sets of three, which is how it gets its name. These dosas are very easy to make at home.
