To start, collect all the necessary ingredients for the recipe.

Wash the palm, ginger, lemon, and mint leaves, and place them on a clean cloth. Remove the seeds from the palm and chop it into pieces. Peel the ginger and chop it into pieces.

In a jar, add palm, ginger pieces, mint leaves, beetroot powder, rock salt powder, pepper powder, and lemon juice, and add a little water. Blend everything well.

Strain the blended mixture, pour it into a bowl, add another 3 glasses of cold water, and mix well... The juice is ready

Now, add plum Ginger juice (1/2 glass) to a glass, followed by chilled water and ice cubes. Mix well and garnish with slices of ginger and palm. Serve chilled.
