I like the origin of the dish, it’s been always one of my favourite curries that I like to have with chinese rice.
Steps

Marinate the chicken for 25 minutes and place it in air fryer to cook applying a layer of oil on the surface

For the sauce, prepare a handful of vegetables and cut those in bite size pieces
- 3
Heat the oil in a cooking pot and add the cutted vegetables in it
- 4
Fry those vegetables with the chicken pieces and sauté those ingredients together
- 5
Add the next ingredient i.e. ketchup in the mixture and stir those ingredients together
- 6
Add the next ingredient i.e. soy sauce and stir those ingredients together
- 7
Add 2 cups of water or however you want the consistency of the texture of the gravy to be and it is ready to eat.

Enjoy eating it with chinese rice or plain rice. You can have it with naan too.
