Soak chana dal in water for 5 - 6 hours. Then boil peas, chana dal and blanch spinach

Take boiled peas, spinach, boiled and cooled chana dal in a mixture jar and make smooth paste.

Mash the boiled potatoes and add green paste and all the spices and some bread crumbs and mix well.

Take a little portion in your palm press gently and place a piece of cheese in the middle and roll it like kabab. Put a cashew on it and press gently.

Roll the kababs in bread crumbs. Keep it in freeze for 10 minutes.

After freezing fry in hot oil and sprinkle chat masala on top. Serve hot with tomato sauce or mint chutney.
