Ingredients

Prep time -5 mins, Freeze-2 hrs
1 serving
  • 1 Tbspmatcha
  • 2 Tbspcastor sugar
  • 1/4 cupwarm water

Steps

Prep time -5 mins, Freeze-2 hrs
  1. 1

    In a bowl add matcha, castor sugar and mix, add warm water gently and mix well.

    Pour into a serving bowl and cool completely. Then freeze- just before freezing poke with a fork as matcha tends to settle in the bottom

    Add vanilla ice cream scoop and with a fork put the matcha on top - enjoy 😊
