Make ingredients ready.

Take a heavy bottom pan. Add paneer,sugar powder and milk Powder. Mix well. Now add milk and cream and mix everything well. (Make sure this procedure does it off the gas)

Switch on the gas. Stir the mixture continuously. When the milk starts evaporating, add sugar powder and mix.

Lastly,add ghee, cardamom powder and Cashew almond flakes. Mix till better turns into dough form. Then Transfer the better into greased mold,level it and sprinkle the rest of cashew almond flakes. Let it cool down completely.

After cooling down the barfi, cut into Square pieces, transfer in the dish and offer to Ganesh ji. Then take a prasad. 🙏"Jay Ganesh to everybody"🙏
