📌Today I tried fresh Bitter Gourd finger fries fritters. The taste is not bitter, but awesome.
Steps

Wash bitter gourd. Cut in half in length. Deseeded all. Cut to a thin finger size. Add salt and lemon juice to them. Keep aside and wait till the water releases. Squeeze out the bitter taste of water from the bitter gourd.

Take a mixing bowl, add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, green chili, ginger chili paste, hing, crushed coriander seeds, and fennel seeds.

Add gram flour and rice flour. Mix well. Add water to make the batter for the fritters to coat.

In hot oil, deep fry bitter gourd fingers on medium flame till they turns crispy. Fry all in batches.

Sprinkle chaat masala on the fritters. Serve warm with fried chilies, green chutney, and tamarind jaggery chutney.

Enjoy bitter gourd finger fries fritters, but the taste is not bitter. Try once, you will enjoy it.
