  • 1 1/2 glasswater
  • 2 table spoonhoney
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 tea spoonginger
  • 1 1/2 table spoonlemon juice
  • 3 table spoonsoaked chia seeds

  1. 1

    Soak chia seeds for 5-6 hours. In a pan add water,honey,lemon, ginger, mint leaves.

    Mix well.first pour soaked chia seeds and pour drink.mix well. This is electrolyte energy drink to carry in Gym.
