Kuler :Traditional Sweet Made with Bajara Flour+Jaggery & pure ghee, perfect for Nagpanchami&Shaptmi
Steps
- 1
First, add jaggery and a little ghee to a mixture jar and blend until smooth. Alternatively, if using a plate, mix jaggery and ghee with fingers for about 4 minutes, beating well until the mixture becomes slightly fluffy.
- 2
Sift the bajra flour into a bowl.
- 3
Now, add the smoothened jaggery-ghee mixture to the flour and mix well. Add a little more ghee and mix until the mixture is well combined and forms a dough-like consistency, suitable for shaping into ladoos. Divide the mixture into equal parts.

- 5
Make ladoos. I've filled the mixture into a mold and given it a beautiful modak shape...
- 6
Place it on a plate, garnish with flowers, and offer it as prasad. Kuler, Talavt, and dry ginger ladoos are traditionally offered as prasad on Nag Panchami.
