Place the leftover rice and sliced chicken thigh in a microwave-safe bowl.

Cover the bowl with a wet napkin to help generate moisture while reheating.

Microwave until heated through, about 1–2 minutes or to your preference.

Pour 1 cup of hot chicken broth or miso soup over the rice and chicken. (Whichever you have on hand -- prepare as directed per package instructions)

Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle green onions on top, if desired. :)
Tips
Using a wet napkin over the bowl while reheating helps to generate moisture.
