Ingredients

  • 3 tsproasted gram flour
  • 1 tspchana dal
  • 8-10kadi leaves
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1/2 tspAsophoetida
  • 1 tbspchilli powder
  • Salt
  • 3 tsphot oil
  • Oil for frying
  • Water

    Soak channa dal in water roast rice flour on slow flame

    Take a mixing bowl add roasted rice flour gram flour red chilli powder Asophoetida chopped Kadi leaves salt garlic paste and hot oil mix all properly now add water slowly and make fine dough make equal balls

    Take a plastic sheet cover ball with plastic both sides and press with help of any bowl and make fine round hit oil fry it one by one make crispy Delicious Thattai is ready to serve enjoy
