Simple and easy way of Curry Or Dal fry made in Gujarati style with all the spices and giving them Tangy ,Spicy and Sweet Taste balanced with Rice or Any Indian flat breads and is served as an Meal for the family 😇

Take a cup of Green Moong Wash and boil in cooker with 4-5 whistles
- 2
Now take a pan add oil,crackle the spices Mustard seeds,Cummins seeds Asafoetida and stir fry the chopped tomatoes and green chilly

Once the Tomatoes softened add the Buttermilk and mix well and then pour the Boiled Moong and garlic paste

Add all the Spices to taste and give a nice boil and cover the lid and let it boil for about 5-7 minutes

Once the Moong blends with the spices and gets thicker switch off the flame and serve them hot with Rice or Roti or Paratha or Bhakhari and some Salads or Papad and enjoy your healthy Meal ❣️
