I want something warm in winter to boost my imune system. I remember my mum always made me this soup when I was growing up up. Here you go..

Cut chicken drumsticks into three pieces., then boil it in a pot of water with goji berries, and lotus seeds.

Boil it until the chicken tender, then add carrots, crushed garlic and half onion. After all mixed together and aroma smells good. Add shaute mashroom, add salt, add black pepper, add chicken stocks.

Leave it shimmers for 15 minutes

In another pot shaute the mashroom with other half of red onions.

Serve it with coriander and slices tomato. And enjoy your fullpack of nutritional soup this winter!
Tips
To make it tasty add salt and chicken stocks and black pepper to locked the taste😋
