Parippu vada is a very famous in popular traditional dish of Kerala it is a fried dish prepared with you ingredients.
Steps

First take 1 cup chanadal wash it properly and soak for 5 hours then remove water.

Then take mixture jar and add soak chana dal and chopped green chilli salt and curry leaves and1 peace of Ginger.1 tsp cumin seeds. Then grind it properly and make mixture then transfer to a bowl.

Then take some portion of mixture and make vada. Then heat oil in a pan and fry vada till it Brown and crispy. Transfer to a dish

Now Kerala style crispy and crunchy parippu Voda is ready.Then transferred to a serving plate and decorate with green chilli and serve with tamarind and jaggery red chutney. And Enjoy it happily. Enjoy!!!
