Tex-Mex inspired pasta sauce

I simply noticed that Mexican dips, by their consistency and character, according to some, creamy due to their cheese content, could easily be used as ingredients for pasta sauces.

I simply noticed that Mexican dips, by their consistency and character, according to some, creamy due to their cheese content, could easily be used as ingredients for pasta sauces.
Steps
- 1
(Very simple, but good!) : cook the pasta until tender.
- 2
Drain the pasta, then add and mix well the grated cheese.
- 3
Wait a few minutes for the cheese to be melted (so well incorporated into the pasta).
- 4
Add the Tex-Mex dips and mix well (that's all and enjoy!)
Tips
The initial hot taste (brought by the jalapeno peppers within both the Tex-Mex style cheeses or the Mexican dip for cheese-based nachos), is surprisingly both a bit tempered and enhanced by the vegetable flavour and creamy texture of either guacamole style Mexican dip or proper guacamole.
