Panpeontert
This is a traditional South African dish and tastes amazing.
Steps

Pre-heat the oven to 180c and grease a heat proof dish approximately 23cm diameter and 5-7cm deep.

In a food processor, mix eggs,butter, milk and cream well.

Add sugar and salt and mix well.
- 4
Add flour and baking powder and mix well.
- 5
Lastly add cooked pumpkin (warm or cold doesn't matter)and process quickly until mixed well.

Pour into the greased dish and bake at 180c for 1 hour.

Leave to set and cool slightly (15 minutes or so)before serving.
