Peel and grate the daikon radish. Squeeze out excess water, but keep the liquid.

Dice the Chinese sausage and shiitake mushrooms. Soak dried shrimp in water, then chop.

Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry sausage, mushrooms, and shrimp until fragrant.

Add grated radish and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix rice flour with radish liquid and water until smooth. Add to the pan and stir until thick.

Pour mixture into a greased mold. Steam for 40 minutes until set.

Let cool, then slice. Pan-fry slices until golden on both sides.
Tips
For extra flavor, you can add chopped green onions or adjust the seasoning to your taste.
