Desalted cod
1/2red bell pepper
1/2green bell pepper
Grated tomato
1 1/2fish bouillon cubes
3garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 teaspoonsweet paprika
Food coloring
Rice
Water

Heat olive oil and sauté the vegetables with just a little salt (this time I used a sofrito mix from the store and really liked it, but I'm sharing the original recipe I always use). Add the cod and stir for a few minutes, then continue with the garlic.

Add the tomato, fish bouillon cube, and paprika.

Pour in water (I usually eyeball the amount, but next time I'll measure it). Add the food coloring and bring to a boil.

Add the rice and cook until it reaches your preferred doneness.
