Chopped kachi kairi as per your choice. Boil sugar and water into pan and make sugar syrup (chasni).

Soak chopped kairi into chasni for 2 hrs. As shown in video

Roast jeera and rai on pan. Also fry roast red chilli and add roasted jeera, rai, hing, haldi and fry roasted red chilli into mixer grinder. Grind all ingredients into thin powdered form.

Now add grinded Masala into soaked kairi. Mix well. Serve after 2 hrs.

After 2 hrs, meetha kachi kairi achaar is ready to serve.
Tips
Chopped kairi pieces should be kept into boiled sugar syrup(chasni).
Don't over roast red chilli in oil.
