Samosas
This is my first time to cook samosas I hope you will enjoy it.
Steps

For the dough, mix 1/2 tsp of salt and flour. Add 1 tbsp of oil and water gradually and knead for 5 minutes to form a ball

Let it rest and chop the onion. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion until golden brown. Add the garlic salt and chillie powder and cook for 4 minutes. Then add the boiled green grams and continue frying for 4 more minutes.

In a separate bowl mix the mashed potatoes, onions corriander and the fried green grams. Mix evenly

Divide the dough into seven equal sizeable balls

Roll each dough using a rolling pin into a 5 inch circle. Using little water brush the edges and fold it into half

Align the 2 straight edges to overlap forming a cone. squeeze the edges together to form a tight seal.

Then place 1 tbsp of the filling inside each cone leaving the top edge with a little water to make another tight seal

Repeat with the remaining dough and filling

Then heat the oil in a frying pan in medium heat. use a deep saucepan.

Then put the samosa in the pan and fry them. When one side has turned golden brown turn and fry both sides.

Drain the oil using paper towels and serve.
