Take a flour in a bowl add required amount of water and prepare soft dough and rest for 15 minutes. In a another big bowl or plate add sattu and mix together all the stuffing ingredients. If the sattu mixture feels very dry. Sprinkle a little water and mix it well and keep aside.

Distrbute the dough in equal balls and roll each ball a little. Spread a little oil on it place one Tbsp of filling in the center. Cover from all sides and roll it make paratha 1/2 inch thick.

Heat tawa and cook the paratha on both sides and applying ghee evenly. Cook until golden and brown patches on medium flame heat. Make all the Parathas from same proses.

Aam Ki Meethi Chutney: Method: Heat a Kadhai add oil and panchphoran cook until aromatic. Add chopped mango,sugar,salt mix it well. Cook for 10 minutes or until soft and smooth consistency. Add red chili powder and mix it. Then turn off the flame.
