Ingredients

  1. 8 ozfresh strawberries; trimmed & rough chop
  2. 7 ozChipotle salsa
  3. 14.5 ozfire roasted diced tomatoes
  4. 1small red onion; rough chop
  5. 3 clovesgarlic; minced
  6. 2limes; zested & juiced
  7. 1 tcumin
  8. 1 bundlecilantro; rough chop
  9. 1 pinchsugar
  10. 1large pinch kosher salt & black pepper

Steps

    Combine all ingredients together in a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Allow to sit at room temp for 1 hour for flavors to develop. Best when left in the fridge overnight.
