Steps

Take the potatoes and cut it into long vertical size and mix it with little corn flour..

Take a pan and pour some refined oil for deep fry.

When the oil gets warm fry the potatoes in the medium flame.

When the potatoes turn into golden brown colour then take aside in a plate.

Also fry the curry leaves lightly. Garnish the fried potatoes with fried curry leaves and serve hot.
