Take a bowl and add all ingredients together. Gradually add water until the batter has a consistency similar to dosa batter. Warm a nonstick pan slightly, brush it with oil, and spread 2 ladles of the batter in a circular motion. Let it cook for 1 minute, then carefully flip and cook on the other side until slightly golden.

It turns out crispy and delicious serve it hot with mint chutney or it looks great on its own..!
Tips
Don’t heat pan before adding batter the batter will stick to the pan and can’t be prepared it needs to be just a little bit warm then add the batter spread it immediately and let it cook on medium heat..!
