Mixed Vegetable Daliya

Wash and soak daliya for half an hour. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add jeera, curry leaves, cloves, and cinnamon for tempering.

Add grated ginger and green chilli, sauté for 30 seconds.Add all chopped vegetables, sauté for 2 minutes.

Add soaked daliya, turmeric, red chilli powder, dhaniya jeera powder, and salt. Mix well.

Pour in water, stir, and close the lid.Pressure cook for 2 whistles on medium heat.

Let the pressure release naturally. Open, mix, and garnish with coriander and curry leaves. Enjoy hot 😍
Tips
For a creamier texture, you can add a splash of milk or a dollop of yogurt before serving.
